With a background in leading crisis events and large-scale change programmes, Willie now specialises in strategic planning, organisational development, project management, risk, leadership development, employee engagement and senior coaching. Dawn Brown Dawn is one of the North-east’s leading experts in people development and is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Member of the Association of Coaching. She has extensive senior level experience covering all aspects of people management, across multiple sectors including energy, manufacturing, education, third and voluntary sectors. In addition to business-related training she is an experienced tutor and lecturer within higher education institutions, having taught up to and including Masters level. Louise Couper Louise has been a trainer with Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce for over a decade and has helped hundreds of companies to develop leadership skills within their teams. Her specialist areas are leadership development, coaching, emotional intelligence, Myers Briggs (MBTI) psychometric testing and all things communication. Sue Stephenson Sue has a wealth of experience gained from a cross- section of businesses in both the public and private sector. She is an experienced finance director and has delivered finance training at the Chamber for over a decade. Sue is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and holds an MBA from Durham University. Lee Forsyth Lee has spent several years delivering ISO training, building ISO certified management systems and related consulting for QHSE Aberdeen. Sue Wright Sue began her international trade career over 30 years ago as a junior shipping clerk for an engineering and manufacturing company. Inspired by her work she quickly progressed and saw this as a career path going on to study to post graduate level with The Institute of Export. She moved on after several years to take up a shipping manager role for an engineering company. The work involved project managing contracts of supply and delivery across the world and working with Letters of Credit for payment. There were multiple parties involved in the cross-trade movements with Customs and HMRC compliance being paramount. Some of this work involved Special Import Procedures, Import Licences and Controls of various items. In 2010, with this vast amount of knowledge, Sue started Exporter Services and delivers courses in various areas of International Trade. James Tudor James Tudor has been working with Exporter Services since August 2022 and has developed a passion for all areas of International trade training. James focuses on all areas of export and import processes, with a particular interest in Incoterms, Commodity codes and Rules of Origin. He develops training courses which encourage engagement and discussion among delegates in an effort to allow delegates to explore both their own and each other’s experiences. Before moving into International Trade James’ career was primarily in secondary school and adult education, working in this field for 12 years. James is also a Geography graduate who specialised in Economic and Political Geography. His knowledge, therefore, has a strong rooting in international trade and global economic systems. Appetite for Business Appetite for Business are one of the North-east’s leading Microsoft 365 skills and software providers holding Gold accreditation with the learning and performance institute for 12 continuous years and Microsoft Certification. In addition they provide strategic advisory, readiness and development and support services to help both SMES to enterprise companies across the public, private and third sector to transition and grow through a combination of people and technology. Victoria Vyalikova Victoria is a founder and CEO of a virtual digital marketing agency, specialising in campaigns for B2B and professional services organisations. Prior to starting BrandHouzz, she worked in professional services and B2B organisations, leading marketing and BD teams focused on client acquisitions in national and international markets.. After moving to Aberdeen 15 years ago and trying ‘traditional’ marketing roles while doing digital marketing ‘on the side’, she took the plunge and founded a digital marketing agency to focus exclusively on online campaigns for B2B and professional services. Her training style is accessible and to the point, taking course content beyond theory and making it applicable. David MacLean David is an experienced business consultant specialising in advising new and growing organisations. With over 30 years working in the private, public and third sectors, he is an experienced, facilitator, coach and trainer.
