After navigating the CV19 pandemic (2020-2022) and aligning with the new well-being strategy, a local third-sector organisation commissioned Research Chamber to conduct a staff survey to support organisational development.

The survey featured a set of standardised questions tailored for the third sector, focusing on topics such as flexible working and well-being.

To ensure confidentiality and encourage honest feedback, the survey was distributed via an anonymous link from an independent source.

Subsequent surveys have since been commissioned in 2023 and 2024 allowing progress to be tracked over time and highlighting the value now placed on an external independent employee engagement service.
