Women in Tech Aberdeen are excited to announce its upcoming event, "Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Implementation," designed for aspiring tech founders and those with groundbreaking ideas.

This highly anticipated MeetUp will take place on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at One Tech Hub and promises to offer invaluable insights for anyone looking to start or scale a tech business.

The event will feature two leading voices and supporters in tech entrepreneurship: Nick Bansal from Barclays Eagle Labs and Elizabeth Pirrie from AccelerateHER. Both are passionate advocates for innovation and startups, and they will provide an overview of the support available for tech founders, including key programs, initiatives, and funding options.

Attendees will also get an exclusive "behind-the-scenes" look at what it takes to establish, run and scale a fast-growing, innovative tech company. Special Guest Sheryl Newman, CEO and Founder of Appetite, and a leader in the tech industry will share her entrepreneurial journey that is not only inspiring but also full of practical insights. She will share her personal experience of building a tech company in Aberdeen and provide advice on overcoming the unique challenges faced by women in tech startups.
