NOF Energy invite you to attend this informal briefing focusing on the opportunities available within the Canadian market.
Alberta
Alberta is the leading energy jurisdiction in Canada, accounting for around three quarters of oil and gas investment, activity and production. With 169 billion barrels, Alberta has the third largest oil reserves in the world, behind only Venezuela and Saudi Arabia.
In addition to the opportunities offered in oil & gas, significant opportunities also exist in renewable energy. In November 2015 the Government of Alberta announced a major new climate change plan, with renewable energy as a high priority.
Atlantic Canada
Atlantic Canada is one of the last undeveloped frontiers in the world and is therefore attracting global attention. Over 25% of Canada's light crude oil is produced on the Atlantic coast line including 20 billion barrels of crude oil in Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia.
The region offers long term opportunities as well as numerous basins and promising geology. At this event you will hear about the regions of Newfoundland and Labrador along with Nova Scotia and how they may offer current / future business development opportunities for you.
