Aberdeenshire catering firm Entier has recorded a record-breaking turnover of £82.5million.

The Westhill-headquartered company hit the record-breaking figure as its reported takeover by US giant Aramark is being looked at by the competition watchdog in the UK.

Entier was founded by chef Peter Bruce in 2008 and currently employs 700 people internationally.

The Press and Journal reports hit its highest ever turnover in the year ending September 30 2024 - £82.5million up from £76.8million the year before.

It's pre-tax profits were also up from £2million to £2.8million.

Mr Bruce founded the firm following an 11-year career with Compass and initially focussed on offshore catering.
