Just Employment Law has made two promotions within its legal team.
Fiona Gorry has become the Firm’s Head of Litigation and Lauren Wilson has been promoted to Associate.
Fiona first joined JEL as a senior solicitor in 2020 bringing a wealth of contentious and non-contentious employment law experience to their legal team. A subsequent promotion to Associate followed before her most recent appointment as Head of Litigation where she manages JEL’s portfolio of employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal litigation as well as supporting her retained clients.
Lauren joined JEL as a trainee solicitor in 2018. Following the successful completion of her traineeship, she was retained as a Solicitor before being promoted to Senior Solicitor, and more recently, to Associate. Lauren specialises exclusively in employer-facing employment law support and representation and is also a Training Supervisor in JEL’s traineeship programme.
