Trinity Centre to host third student event

On September 23 the Trinity Centre will host their third #TrinityTakeover, a student night offering massive discounts.

Highlights include up to an incredible 75% off, a range of entertainment, and competitions and freebies for one night only. Gift cards and gifts are to be given away, and the centre have also teamed up with local bar and nightclub ‘Bridge Street Social Club’ and ‘Underground Klub’ who will be providing a DJ and pop-up bar on the centre.

Chloe Baxter, Events Coordinator said "We are really happy to be working alongside businesses that are local to us this year; we are looking forward to an evening full of discounts and great promotion!"

Students can enjoy discounts and freebies from favourites such as Schuh, Debenhams, Officers Club, Waterstones and HMV. The aim is to give new and returning students a fantastic shopping experience as well as a warm welcome to Aberdeen.

Linda Stewart, General Manger said “We are ecstatic to announce our third Trinity Takeover Student Night, the response we have received over the past two years has been overwhelming; both students and retailers have had fantastic nights. Students from Aberdeen University, Robert Gordon University and North East of Scotland College have made these events a success and we believe this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever before.”

Unlike previous years, the centre will also remain open to the general public, but for students to get access to the exclusive discounts they will have to show their student ID to get a Trinity Takeover wristband.

Starting from 6.30pm, doors will close at 8.30pm.
