A leading North-east east lawyer who played an "invaluable role" in the growth and success of Aberdein Considine has died.
Fiona Wildgoose was described as "an absolute powerhouse" by the firm yesterday as they announced the sad news to clients.
"It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our partner, Fiona Wildgoose, on Friday 22nd March 2024," the firm said.
"Over 20 years, Fiona was an invaluable part of the success and growth of the firm and was dedicated to client service and care.
"There was nothing ordinary about Fiona; she was an absolute powerhouse when it came to work, passionate and frank with a fantastic sense of humour."
Ms Wildgoose led the firm's Dyce office and was the firm's Conveyancing Partner. She specialised in conveyancing and property law and helped thousands of people move home throughout her legal career.
She was born and bred in Aberdeen and trained with a local firm before joining Aberdein Considine in 2004. She became a partner with the firm in 2007.
In a statement, Aberdein Considine added: "She will be deeply missed by her partners, staff, clients, and business connections.
"Our thoughts are with Fiona’s husband, children and family during this very sad and difficult time."
