Transmark Subsea Ltd, a prominent provider of subsea electronic solutions based in Aberdeen, is pleased to announce its rebranding to Krona Subsea Ltd.

This change signifies a strategic shift towards specialised subsea electronics and innovation.

Previously operating as part of the Norwegian-based Transmark Subsea group, the Aberdeen office has consistently specialized in subsea electronics, including the development of innovative pinless connectors. Recognising this distinct focus, parent company Corona Holdings sold the Norwegian entity to concentrate on its energy investments.

This transition enables the Aberdeen team to further develop its subsea electronics offerings under the new name, Krona Subsea Ltd.

"Our new identity as Krona Subsea Ltd reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative subsea electronic solutions," said Nigel Money, managing director. "We look forward to continuing our work with clients, providing reliable products like our industry-leading pinless connectors and the Deepsea Power and Light range."

Krona Subsea Ltd remains dedicated to serving the subsea industry from its base in Aberdeen, maintaining the same team and commitment to excellence that clients have come to expect.
