good causes day: last call for tickets

Tickets are still available for an event organised by group of business people aimed at raising awareness of local good causes.
Members of Aberdeen Business Network (ABN) are holding Good Causes Day from 12.30pm to 4.45pm on Sunday, June 26 at Aberdeen Sports Village.
The event will feature a raft of attractions including face painting, bouncy castles, appearances from popular characters and mascots, a raffle and an adults football tournament.
The local good causes in attendance will include AFC Community Trust, Diabetes UK, the Archie Foundation, MeToo Magazine, Gathimba Edwards, VSA, Glencraft and Befriend a Child among others
Scott McDougall, ABN member and organiser of the event, said: “We’re really looking forward to Good Causes Day. There are still tickets remaining and I’d encourage families to snap up them before they sell out.
“Our aim is to bring together as many charities as possible from across the city to celebrate the great work that they do and raise further awareness of their worthy causes.”
