Martyn Stevens, Andrew Clark and Kenny Cheyne, building consultants with Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, have each secured chartered status having successfully passed their final assessment examinations.
Based in Shepherd’s Dundee office, Stevens covers Dundee, Perth, Fife and surrounding areas. A graduate of Heriot Watt University, he is also an Accredited Commercial Energy Assessor.
Clark, a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, a registered member of the Association for Project Safety and who is also registered with BRE to prepare non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates, operates from the firm’s Inverness office with responsibility for delivering building surveying services throughout the Highlands.
Cheyne has gained considerable experience working in the construction industry since graduating as a building surveyor from The Robert Gordon University and forms an integral part of the building consultancy team within the north east of Scotland.
