Leading oil service company ThinJack Ltd has appointed three new members of staff in response to its steadily growing business.
In spite of challenging trading conditions within the industry the Westhill-based company is continuing to expand its geographic presence, including recent contracts in the Netherlands and Australia, leading to the creation of the new positions.
Russell Ellwood has been named as operations team leader whilst Zander Simpson has been appointed to the role of technician and Matthew Lear has taken on the role of trainee technician. All three will work in the company’s busy operations department where they will help deliver the service to a rapidly growing global client base.
ThinJack – which celebrates a decade in business this year – also recently launched its PowerPad™ an ultra-thin system for holding open gaps and weighing heavy objects in a move which has been warmly received by the market.
Commenting on the appointments ThinJack director Guy Bromby said: “Against a difficult backdrop for the industry, we are delighted to be in a position to create three new jobs based at our Aberdeenshire headquarters and we welcome Russell, Zander and Matt to the team.”
Fellow director Alastair MacDonald added: “In order to deliver the best possible service to our clients, it is important to have the right people in place. These latest appointments to our experienced operations team underline our ethos of providing excellent services backed by excellent people.”
