The Trinity Centre will be hosting ‘All the Fun of the Fair’ Family Fun Day on Saturday June 25 as part of One Great Day. Last year the Centre’s team managed to fun-raise an incredible £3,392.
One Great Day is a series of family and community charity events being held in up to 60 shopping centres throughout the country during the month of June to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, and other children’s health charities from across the country. Participating shopping centres provide a special family fun day that engages with the local community and raises money for a number of great causes. One Great Day was established in 2014 and has so far raised £150,000 and has now grown to include 46 different children’s charities.
Along with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, The Trinity Centre will be raising money for The ARCHIE Foundation, making the difference for sick children in the North of Scotland, the Northern Isles and the Highlands.
‘All the Fun of the Fair’ will be a family fun day filled with kids’ rides, classic carnival games including hook a duck and tin can alley, face-painting, balloon-modelling, Photo-booth, Crystal Booth, DJ, treasure hunt and raffle with lots of family prizes to be won including family wristbands to Codonas.

Hosting an event like this gives us the chance to give something back to support the wonderful work of The ARCHIE Foundation and the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
“One Great Day is about community engagement and raising money for a number of great causes, but it is also a fantastic opportunity for families in the area to get together and enjoy a fun day out whilst spending quality time together.”

The Trinity Centre’s Treasure Hunt starts from Monday 13th June. You can purchase your treasure map and raffle tickets from our stand on the mall.
100% of the proceeds will be split between both the charities.
