This Saturday (January 11), the Aberdeen Health and Wellbeing Festival is taking over The Beach Ballroom for an action-packed day of inspiration, education, and fun.

Headlining this year’s event are none other than Tom and Luke Stoltman, the world-famous strongmen and global ambassadors for physical and mental health.

The Stoltman Brothers, renowned for their feats of strength and resilience, will bring their unique energy to the festival by sharing stories from their journey in the World’s Strongest Man competition, participating in dynamic panel discussions, and even joining the exhilarating North Sea Dip!

Co-founded by Sarah Stewart and Dr. Emma Windle, the festival is a celebration of health and wellbeing, bringing together local businesses, charities, and experts to motivate the people of Aberdeen City and Shire to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Dr. Emma Windle, one of the festival founders said: ““We are hugely excited to welcome Luke and Tom back to Aberdeen for this year’s festival. They are not only incredible athletes but also powerful advocates for mental and physical health. Their presence is sure to inspire visitors of all ages to take charge of their wellbeing, and we cannot wait to see the energy they will bring to the day.”

The festival is split into an interactive exhibition with over 60 North-east businesses and health experts, inspiring seminars for up to 150 people, and hands-on workshops and classes.
