Galileo Empower is developing proposals for a renewable energy development in Aberdeenshire - Glenskinnan Renewable Energy Park.
The Energy Park is located in an upland area approximately 3km southeast of Strachan and 5km south of Banchory, and is proposed to comprise:
Up to 14 wind turbines, with a blade tip height of up to 220m and a total generating capacity of up to 98MW.
Co-location of solar PV with a generating capacity of up to 20MW and a battery energy storage system (BESS) of up to 30MW.
