SPACE FM, the facilities management division of Space Solutions, has been appointed as a supplier on the £814m Pagabo Total Facilities Management (TFM) Framework for Scotland and North England under Lot 1, covering services up to £1million.
The appointment marks a significant milestone for SPACE FM, which has been delivering comprehensive facilities management consultancy services for over 15 years. This framework position will enable the company to expand its public sector portfolio across the North of England and Scotland.

The Total Facilities Management Framework will run until January 2029 and is managed on behalf of contracting authority Red Kite Learning Trust. The Framework provides public sector organisations throughout the UK with a compliant and efficient procurement route for their facilities management requirements. SPACE FM's inclusion on Lot 1 demonstrates their capability to deliver high-quality, integrated facilities management solutions.
