Next week the Solar Trade Association (STA) Scotland will be hosting an event focussed on the opportunity for solar in Scotland. The event will unpack the recently released Solar Key Asks for the Scottish Government and look at the potential for greater deployment of solar in Scotland across a range of markets including new build housing, existing social housing, commercial roof-top and ground mount.
Keynote speaker, Scottish Energy Minister Fergus Ewing will outline the Scottish Government’s response to the ‘Asks’ and the potential for expanding solar’s share in the energy mix within Scotland’s 100% renewable target.
