Savills has bolstered its Scottish business with the appointment of Simpson Buglass to head up the firm’s Aberdeen office from January 2016.
Simpson has over 30 years’ experience in the Scottish property market, joining from Graham & Sibbald where he was a partner within the commercial property team. A Registered Valuer, Simpson is also an expert dispute resolver/ arbitrator and currently sits on the Council for Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce where he chairs the Property Network. He has acted for a range of clients including major international companies, public bodies and national developers.
At Savills, Simpson will focus on commercial agency and professional work across Aberdeen and the surrounding area.

Former head of office in Aberdeen, Ewan Berkeley, who has been advising Savills clients in the North-east of Scotland for 35 years, will resume his role as head of office in Brechin, where he lives with his family.
