Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has secured a trio of deals in Elgin – all within the first two weeks of February.
Acting on behalf of the Tyock Partnership, Shepherd has let the 2,520 sq ft Unit 31 at Tyock Industrial Estate to Oasis Church for a five-year lease at an average rent of £22,500 pa and, acting on behalf of Trillium Property Services, has let 2000 sq ft of offices at 250/258 High Street to an art studio at a rent of £12,500 pa.
Furthermore, acting on behalf of MacGregor Properties, Shepherd has sold 4,640 sq ft trade counter accommodation to Autosave for £180,000.
