FG Burnett is delighted to have recently implemented a role change and welcomed two former members of staff back to its office in Aberdeen.
Firstly, David Henderson has moved from his former role as property manager to join the firm’s agency team. Now working closely with Richard Noble, director in charge of agency and head of retail, David will be acting for clients in the sale, letting and acquisition of retail properties.
The team is also glad to welcome back senior surveyor, Moira Gordon, to its Aberdeen office after two years. Formerly employed as part of the valuations & rating team, Moira returns to the Scottish Commercial Property Consultancy in a new role in the agency team. Moira is now settling back into the FG Burnett team and is involved with a number of exciting projects.
Finally, FG Burnett welcomes senior building surveyor, David McCurdy, back to its building consultancy team. David’s background in building control gives him an excellent understanding of building regulations in practice, making him well placed to advise clients on compliance.
Angus MacCuish, managing director of FG Burnett comments: “As with the nature of any business we see changes across the consultancy as staff show an ambition to progress. We are delighted to welcome Moira and David back to FG Burnett. We are in the fortunate position of being able to offer our staff opportunities to develop and adapt as they progress their careers in commercial property.”
