Leading people and culture consultancy, Lindsay & Lang, will be hosting a panel session on Resilience at The cHeRries Conference 2022 on Thursday, March 24. Louise Lang, Founder and Director, along with guests, will lead the session to explore the importance of Resilience, both organisationally and personally, as workplaces continue to navigate through tough challenges. The panel will discuss changing employee motivations and expectations, insights, and real-life challenges facing businesses today as we look towards a more resilient and sustainable future.

Endure, Recover and Thrive, will be the focus of the session which aims to highlight to organisations that they are not alone on this journey, and to hear the benefits of supporting their people to navigate the ever-changing landscape.

Louise commented: “People have changed their expectations of being an employee; they want to know their contribution is valued and appreciated and they want the care and support from their employer that was perhaps not there before. At the same time organisations are trying to meet their business objectives and remain successful, competitive, productive, and profitable whilst retaining staff. Business leaders now understand that resilience and wellbeing play a strategic role in achieving their objectives.”

Experts in cultivating positive workplace culture, Lindsay & Lang has a proven track record helping leaders, managers and employees to thrive in their working environment. Blending expertise in human resources and communications, they work across sectors to provide tailored programmes that set a path to sustainable cultural change.

Based in Aberdeen and providing tailored services to their global clients, Lindsay & Lang focus on cultivating change through leadership development, wellbeing and communication within an organisation. Key engagement sessions include Mental Health in the Workplace, Unconscious Bias, Diversity, Inclusion and Equality and connection tools such as Lumina Learning, a psychometric suite that values diversity of personality.

Louise added: “The last two years has given us the gift of a lifetime to change our working practices and really embrace the diversity which that brings with it. It will be organisations who respond positively that will thrive in the coming months and years ahead.”
