The outgoing Scottish secretary has admitted placing three bets on when the general election would fall, but denies breaching any rules.
Alister Jack, who is standing down as MP for Dumfries and Galloway, bagged himself £120 after correctly placing a £20 bet that the election would fall between July and September.
The win came after he lost two similar bets in March, gambling on an election in May and June.
Mr Jack said in a statement: "I had no knowledge of the date of the election until the day it was called.
"I placed no bets in May and am not under investigation by the Gambling Commission."
As many as 15 Tory candidates and officials are subject of an investigation by the Gambling Commission over alleged betting on the timing of the general election.
The Conservative Party has already withdrawn support for candidates Craig Williams and Laura Saunders, while two members of staff have taken leaves of absence.
Meanwhile, Labour has suspended candidate Kevin Craig after he admitted to making a "stupid error" by betting against himself in his bid to become an MP.
The Gambling Commission is not confirming nor denying names of anyone involved in the investigation.
