As customer interest in the Brio Chapelton residential village grows, so has the sales team. There are now two sales advisors and a sales manager to answer queries from potential home owners.
Ashleigh Baldwin, sales advisor, is the latest recruit to join Cecil and Vivian in the sales team based in Liddell Park.
Ashleigh has a background in events management and moved from Edinburgh five years ago to Aberdeen. She enjoys interacting with clients and was particularly keen to work for Brio because she liked the lifestyle concept behind the brand. She is happy to meet potential home owners and discuss specifications within all one and two-bedroom cottages/apartments, local amenities, hassle-free moving and integrated smart technology in every home.
She said: “Brio is a really interesting brand and each site is focused on creating a community and promoting group get-togethers. Homes have stylish interiors and include ‘my home up’, wall mounted touch screen technology. The integrated design features are perfect for mature people who don’t want to feel old and are young at heart and want to enjoy comfortable modern living.”
Ashleigh is keen a keen walker and loves the Aberdeenshire countryside. The Brio Chapelton site caught her eye before she began working for the brand as she noticed how well the development fitted in with the rest of the local community.
She explained: “My son and I used to walk to Chapelton and look at the progress of the building work. It’s a great spot because it offers the best of both worlds, Aberdeen is close by yet there are plenty of country walks with views of the countryside and the coastline.”
Outside work Ashleigh enjoys family life with her fiancé and son and is a Stella & Dot independent stylist.
