Ryden is the first full service commercial property consultant headquartered in Scotland to become B Corp certified.
B Corp certification is a globally recognised mark of excellence and demonstrates outstanding environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments.
Companies are required to meet rigorous requirements and provide evidence of responsible practices relating to energy supplies, waste and water use, worker compensation, diversity and corporate transparency. By completing the B Impact Assessment Ryden has legally embedded a commitment to purpose as well as profit.
During 2024 Ryden launched its first ESG strategy, setting out ambitious targets including a pathway to achieve net zero emissions by 2035. The firm has strengthened its environmental policies and improved sustainable procurement practices and community volunteering initiatives.

Ryden joins a growing community of over 3,000 businesses in the UK that have certified as B Corps. Companies are required to recertify every three years to ensure they continue to uphold the standards. Ryden is also a UK Green Building Council member and has signed the BPF Net Zero Pledge.
