Richard Irvin Energy Solution’s Director, Kim Woolner was crowned as HR Director of the Year at the HR Network Scotland Awards in Glasgow on November 10.
The award was made in recognition of Kim’s hard work and dedication throughout the year including the integration of the HR Strategy into the wider Business Strategy, the development of Career Maps for Trades and her work on apprentice development.

Rachel Forbes was a finalist in the HR Assistant/Officer of the Year category, and the company made it through to the final three in the Best Workplace of the Year category.
