Richard Irvin Energy Solutions is delighted to announce that following an extensive public procurement tender with Moray Council we have been awarded a four year framework contractor place.
Gordon Duffy, Managing Director FM said: ‘We were delighted to find that we were successful in all three lots that the Moray Council tendered with an estimated framework value of £6 - £8 million.
‘This news consolidates our position as the Number One Facilities Management provider in the North of Scotland and clearly demonstrates the depth and breadth of our work across the whole of the country.’
The Moray Property maintenance and repair contract covers planned maintenance, reactive repairs and minor works to the Council’s portfolio of 200 public buildings and schools, as well as the Council owned housing stock of 5,900 properties which are located throughout Moray. The council is responsible for operating a wide range of public sector services including education, housing, social work, planning, economic development, roads, environmental protection and leisure.
