Richard Irvin named Employer of the Year

Richard Irvin Energy Solutions won the prestigious Employer of the Year Award at the annual Elevator UK Awards Dinner, held at the Mercure Ardoe House Hotel, on Thursday June 30.

The company triumphed in a tough category, thanks to its commitment to employee engagement which has been demonstrated through the roll out of Core Company Values – Safety, Integrity, Excellence, Responsibility, Collaboration.

Richard Irvin Energy Solutions is one of Scotland’s largest private engineering companies. Established in 1871, the business employs approximately 450 people across Scotland providing energy solutions and services to both commercial and domestic customers through its core business units of Mechanical & Electrical Project Services, Facilities Management and Energy Management.
