Richard Irvin Energy Solutions has been awarded the Contract for Gas and Mechanical Services by Falkirk Council further cementing the company’s role as a major provider of public sector Technical FM Services.
The project, which is expected to be in the region of £2M, will see Richard Irvin service between 250-300 non-domestic Council properties including schools, care homes, community centres and industrial units. Work will include the servicing of all Mechanical Services Equipment and a call out service for unsafe and emergency situations relating to gas and the full management and monitoring of front end BMS operating systems.
