RGU to host events for prospective students

Robert Gordon University (RGU) is holding two events next week to give people the chance to experience what it is like to be a student there.

The university will host a Visit Afternoon, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, and Visit Evening, from 6pm to 9pm, on Wednesday, November 25.

The free events are aimed at providing prospective undergraduate students with an opportunity to tour the campus, meet with academic staff and ask questions to staff and current students.

Michael Greenhalgh, RGU’s Interim Director for Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment, said: “These events are a great opportunity for those who missed our recent Open Day to come along and find out more about what RGU can offer.

“The university has a wide range of degrees, from business, nursing and midwifery to engineering, IT and architecture, and prides itself on maintaining close links with industry to ensure that our graduates come out with the skills that employers are looking for.

“This is borne out by the fact that RGU is consistently ranked as one of the top universities for graduate employment and we would encourage anybody thinking of entering higher education to visit us next Wednesday and find out how we can help them achieve their goals.”

Registration is required for both sessions and more details are available at www.rgu.ac.uk/visit
