Members of the public are invited to join Robert Gordon University (RGU) in a festive celebration at its annual Christmas Carol Service.
Guests will have the opportunity to sing along to a collection of carols at the service, which is taking place on Wednesday, December 16 in RGU’s Faculty of Health and Social Care building at 3.30pm.
The service will feature a number of performances including a special rendition of a Christmas classic by more than 20 children from the Treehouse Early Care and Education Centre.
Visitors will be welcomed by the Principal of RGU, Professor Ferdinand von Prondzynski, and by the university’s Chaplain, Very Revd Isaac Poobelan.
Professor Ferdinand von Prondzynski said: “We warmly welcome the local community to join us at our carol service, which promises to get everyone in the festive mood.
“It is a very special time of year for many, and we hope that our visitors will join us in celebrating the story of Christmas in an intimate setting with a selection of carols and festive readings.”
The service will be followed by mulled wine and mince pies kindly sponsored by catering company Aramark.
