Students at Robert Gordon University (RGU) will get an opportunity this month to find out more about international exchange opportunities.
RGU is holding a Study Abroad Fair on Wednesday, April 13 at its Garthdee campus where students can learn more about options to study and work overseas as part of their degrees.
Members of staff and representatives from RGU’s partner institutions in Germany, Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Cyprus and The Netherlands will be on hand to chat to students and answer any questions about exchange programmes.
Julia Kennedy, RGU’s international exchanges manager, says: “We partner with over 120 universities in 26 different countries to offer a wide range of exchange opportunities to our students.
“The exchange experience can be extremely rewarding and students develop valuable knowledge and skills by learning in a different social and cultural context.
“We have organised a fair so that students can pop by throughout the day to find out more about our exchange programmes and talk to staff about the specific study abroad options available to them.”
Members from RGU’s student societies including the Erasmus Student Network (ESN RGU) and the Language Society will also be on hand to speak about their work in supporting exchange programmes and how students can get involved.
The Study Abroad Fair will run from 11.30am to 3pm in the Sir Ian Wood Building located at RGU’s Garthdee campus. Food will be provided.
