The firm looking to transform the former Bank of Scotland building on Union Street into a restaurant are seeking permission to open past midnight.
The old bank has been closed since 2022 but plans to turn the space into an eatery was approved in December.
New planning documents show the new restaurant will have space for 70 customers and a bar on the ground floor.
Mosaic Aberdeen, which is run by Kathy Ann George and Vijeta Sood, has asked the council to waive certain rules regarding noise and opening hours despite the plans receiving backlash from neighbours.
If approved, the duo's new dining experience will open from 9am to 1am, instead of the council's imposed 10am to 11pm hours.
