Respected coaching qualification back by popular demand

A local Member of the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is gearing up to deliver the increasingly popular Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

The course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and will run this September.

Elaine Manley based in Westhill imparts her wealth of experience by helping people to realise their maximum potential - a skill becoming increasingly important to individuals and companies alike during the current economic downturn. She says “a companies’ knowledge base is one of its’ most valuable assets, and now is the time for businesses to maintain rather than relinquish that wherever possible; equally individuals are striving to stand out from the crowd during a time when jobs are highly sought after”, she continued “mentoring and coaching is a proven method of sharing precious skills and learning to ensure they are retained in an organisations’ knowledge base”.

Elaine Manley’s training has been compared favourably to Sheffield/Hallam University – a leading European Centre for Coaching and Mentoring, and Elaine is looking forward to helping more of Aberdeen’s businesses and workers to enhance their skills.
