Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce has today launched its latest Quarterly Economic Survey research.

The Quarterly Economic Survey (QES) – which is run by law firm Gilson Gray and AGCC – gauges the business climate across Aberdeen and the wider North-east.

It seeks to establish how companies are faring in the region.

The latest edition comes as firms brace for tax shakeups including National Insurance contributions going up from April 6.

The survey asks businesses if they have seen an increase, decrease or no change in a series of metrics, such as sales and cash flow.

It also aims to highlight issues companies in the region may be having with getting paid for their goods or services as customers continue to wrestle with cost increases, high interest rates and political and economic uncertainty.
