Redsquid has announced its acquisition of Itek Systems Management, based in Fife, Scotland.
This marks Redsquid's third acquisition in the last month and its sixth in the past 12 months, further solidifying its position as a leading IT solutions provider.
Following Redsquid’s first acquisition in Aberdeen last year, Redsquid have proved it’s determination to invest and grow in the area. Itek expands Redsquid's footprint in Scotland, allowing for greater market penetration and accessibility to local businesses.
With a new office presence and the addition of Itek’s experienced team and managed services enhances Redsquid’s service offerings this strategic move also facilitates a quicker response to customer needs, ensuring that Redsquid can deliver top-tier solutions with agility and precision.

Founders Sohin Raithatha and Vince Mignacca remain as the only shareholders and will continue to lead the company, having successfully grown it over the last 18 years.
