Pure Gym joins H1, Hill of Rubislaw as the latest occupier

Global real estate investment company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), owner and manager of H1 at the Hill of Rubislaw in Aberdeen, has confirmed Pure Gym as the latest occupier to join the building and modernise the amenity offering at this prime business park.

Set to open on Thursday, January, 11 Pure Gym becomes the third occupier in the last six months to join H1, previously known as Seafield House before it underwent a significant re-development in 2016. Other occupiers include Siccar Point Energy, Well-Safe Solutions and Chevron. The opening of Pure Gym represents a major milestone in Kennedy Wilson’s strategic plans to transform the Hill of Rubislaw into a modern city centre business park location.

Pure Gym, the UK’s leading gym operator has taken a self-contained unit of 15,000 sq ft on the ground floor of H1, set separately from the building’s main entrance. Pure Gym operates 200 gyms in the UK for over 900,000 members, hosting up to 80 on-site classes a week as well as each site containing over 220 pieces of fitness equipment.
