High street giant Primark is moving ahead with plans to bring a “click and collect” service to Aberdeen.
The retailer has submitted plans to make alterations to its Aberdeen store to accommodate the new service, which is being rolled out in Scotland after a successful 18-month trial.
The move will allow customers to skip the queues and collect their items at a dedicated till, where they can also purchase anything else they have picked up in store.
Kari Rodgers, UK retail director at Primark, told the P&J it could provide an incentive for more people to visit their local city centres.
