The Personal Growth Collective, an organisation specialising in leadership development and culture transformation, has partnered with Andron Facilities Management to launch the Andron Leadership Academy.

Founded and headquartered in Aberdeen over four decades ago by a local father-and-son duo, Andron is a leading, family-owned and run provider of commercial cleaning, security, and soft facilities management solutions across the UK. Employing over 2,500 staff, Andron supports nearly 1,000 client sites with bespoke services across sectors such as premium offices, manufacturing, oil and gas, and more.

Passionate about exceptional service, long-lasting client relationships, and putting its people first, Andron has introduced a new six-month Leadership Academy programme inspired by the company’s family values. Designed to enhance leadership capabilities across the organisation, this initiative will equip team members with critical skills and knowledge to drive strategic objectives and support Andron’s continued growth.

The Leadership Academy blends leadership and technical modules, offering a well-rounded approach to development. The curriculum covers a range of topics from leadership mindset to operational delivery, supported by peer-to-peer coaching for continuous improvement. This tailored solution was developed in close collaboration with Andron to ensure it meets the specific needs of the organisation.
