Aberdeen based People Traction, a specialist recruitment insourcing company launched earlier this year, has been awarded a recruitment insourcing contract with Aberdeen City Electrical (ACE).
The 12-month contract covers all areas of employer branding, talent attraction and the recruitment process. This is a significant partnership for ACE as it grows its residential, commercial and industrial services and anticipates the need to expand its team in 2017. As part of its insource model service, People Traction will operate under the ACE brand to attract skilled electricians and business support staff.
