Aberdeen startup People Traction, who joined the chamber in May, has launched a new innovate range of recruitment services to help local businesses attract the best talent and to recruit in a more cost efficient way than ever before.
Founder Iain Hamilton draws on his experience both as an in-house recruitment manager and as an agency recruiter across a number of sectors. The new services offered by people traction provide an increased level flexibility and efficiency which has not been available on the market until now.
