Aon Employee Benefits, the UK health and benefits business of Aon plc (NYSE: AON), has hired industry expert Paul Bloomfield to join the executive team.
Bloomfield has wide-ranging experience, blending both business development experience with consultancy to support clients with their employee benefit strategies, including pensions, flexible benefits, share plans and employee communications. He joins Aon from Barclays Corporate and Employer Solutions, having previously worked at KPMG.
Reporting to Aon Employee Benefits UK CEO David Battle and working alongside sales director, John Russell-Smith, Bloomfield as newly appointed business development director, will further deliver Aon’s ‘Client Promise’.
David Battle said, “Aon’s ‘Client Promise’ defines the way we work with our clients, what they can expect, the value we deliver and further helps to ensure that clients benefit from the full range of capabilities offered by our firm. Paul will lead an experienced team of four client directors, all responsible for the implementation of ‘Client Promise”.
