Oteac Ltd, part of the Nucore Group, is proud to announce that it has succeeded in the renewal of its ISO 9001:2015 certification. The business underwent a detailed audit, completed by Lloyd’s Register Group Ltd, in accordance with the internationally recognised standard ISO 9001: 2015 and approval was successful secured for the next
2 years of our 3-year surveillance cycle. The re-certification audit (Oteac Ltd has been ISO 9001 certified since 2003) ensures that the company’s processes are performed in accordance with the internationally recognised standard.
Within Oteac Ltd the quality management system (QMS) is integral to the company’s ethos and a fundamental across all elements of the business including design, manufacture, installation, commissioning equipment, refurbishment, maintenance through to sales and post-sales support.
The successful renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates that Oteac consistently supplies products and services that meet customers’ requirements and complies to both statutory and regulatory requirements. Having an established QMS enables the company to demonstrate how it consistently delivers excellent customer service, and that through the application of its a quality management system enables them to continually improve its internal processes to deliver an enhanced customer experience.
