The University of Aberdeen is inviting attendees to join an online roundtable event called ‘Understanding Gen-Z: Our Future Employees’.
Gen-Z’s are entering and changing the norms for how many businesses operate.
What expectations do Gen-Z have on employers? How can employing Gen-Z’s bring value to your business?
To address these questions, the university have four aspirational young talents from diverse backgrounds, including: Vadym Kapliuk, Maxwell McKay, Wasifa Pasha, Ella Taylor.
