Oil & Gas Vision supporting companies ready to capitalise on Middle Eastern promise

Following an influx of customer-led demand, Oil & Gas Vision (OGV) is set to host its first exhibition pavilion at this year’s ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi.

Taking place from, November, 12-15 2018, ADIPEC is considered the ultimate place to do business in Middle Eastern oil and gas with around 110,000 delegates from 135 countries attending each year. For the 2018 event, over 2,200 companies will be exhibiting including 38 international and national oil companies (IOC/NOC) and eight major EPC contractors.

This year also marks the launch of the Digitalisation in Energy Zone, which will provide a specific focus on innovation and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, Big Data, equipment sensors, robotics including drones, machine learning and cyber security.

The OGV Pavilion will represent a major part of this new zone in Hall 14 and is backed by main sponsor Texo Group, which will showcase its drone services alongside exhibitors including Xodus, Competency Plus, Kaseum, Acoustic Data, ATAM and Arnlea. Hall 14 will also host the Middle East Petroleum Club area, an exclusive membership body for the industry’s top decision-makers and influencers.

Kenny Dooley, director at OGV said: “Since our launch in 2017, the OGV brand has gone from strength to strength, offering both oil and gas operators and the supply chain a unique opportunity to raise their profile.

“We felt the time was right to further support these businesses and as one of the world’s most renowned energy expos, we decided to launch our first exhibition pavilion at ADIPEC. We’re particularly pleased to announce this is part of the show’s digitalization zone which is sure to generate a massive amount of footfall, so is a prime opportunity for our exhibitors to showcase their most exciting technology advances.

“The demand we’ve experienced has been even better than expected, and we’ve already had to extend the pavilion to offer additional space. This area is going to be a hive of activity and positive conversation so we’d encourage anyone interested in finding out more to get in touch as soon as possible. This is an opportunity not to be missed.”
