Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course has been dubbed the ‘Best Hotel in Scotland’ at an awards ceremony in Harrogate.
The Best Loved Hotel award recognises quality, service and food and comes on the back of the 4-star hotel winning the AA Hotel of the Year for Scotland in 2014/15 as well as being shortlisted for this Friday’s Aberdeen City and Shire Tourism Awards for Best Hotel.

Peter Walker, Hotel Manager was there to pick up the prestigious award on Monday night. The privately owned hotel which has features dating back 800 years is set in 240 acres within the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside in Oldmeldrum. With 2 AA rosettes for their restaurant it is currently undergoing a multi-million pound extension ready for June 2016.
