DF Creative, a design agency owned by Aberdeen mobile and fixed communications specialist DF Communications, has expanded the size of its office by almost six times as demand for its services continues to grow.
The agency has moved from one part of the DF Communications office to a larger part of its South College Street premises, now occupying two of the firm’s five arched units. The new office is 1,200sq ft, while the previous space was 210sq ft.
The facility, which now houses DF’s design team, features filming, recording and editing equipment, as well as a photography studio.
Additionally, the agency is now fully qualified to provide drone aerial photography and video services to clients after going through a rigorous accreditation programme. Only a handful of agencies in Scotland are able to provide this service.
DF Creative has also recently become a RAR recommended, accredited creative agency. Only businesses which have provided and maintained first-class levels are awarded this status.
DF Creative offers a range of design, digital and multimedia services including branding and graphic design, fully responsive web design, brochures, photography, video and editing.
Fiona Fraser, managing director at DF Communications, said: “It’s an exciting time for the business at the moment as DF Creative is rapidly growing. Our track record of providing a high quality level of service in the communications sector has allowed us to secure key projects for our creative division.”
The demand for DF’s creative services has allowed the business to appoint an additional digital designer to its team and the firm is now in the process of sourcing a further member of staff as demand continues to grow.
In addition to its creative services, DF Communications delivers mobile phone solutions, landline services, hands-free car solutions and vehicle tracking to local, national and international businesses. Overall the business has a staff of 16 people.
The company, established in 1986, also provides Wi-Fi solutions, handheld tablets such as iPads, mobile tracking systems and hands-free car kits.
