Award-wining Northwood North-east are delighted to welcome two new members to the residential sales team. Lynn Nesbitt joins as Estate Agent & Valuer, with Lisa Brown stepping into the new role of Trainee Estate Agent.
These new positions have been created in the year that Northwood celebrates a milestone 15 years in business.
A qualified chartered surveyor, with degrees in Geography and Land Economy at Aberdeen University, Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Having worked as a rural practice surveyor in Angus and Aberdeenshire for many years concentrating on estate management, property lettings, valuations and agency, she took the decision to sidestep into pure residential estate agency more than a decade ago when she joined Stonachs.
Lynn said, “I’ve since worked in various solicitor-led estate agencies across the city, and I’m delighted to have joined Northwood North East. The team are able to provide a bespoke plan for each client, and with visibility on the national property portals, the exposure each property receives is remarkable – and evidenced in the swift movement of stock.”

Lisa honed her skills in delivering exceptional customer service during her time at New Look as a senior store manager, managing a cluster of Scottish sites. Latterly, she worked for Laings – one of the largest independent retailers of luxury kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms – and her dedication to exceeding expectations and passion for aesthetics will undoubtedly translate well into her new role within the property market.
