Northwood Aberdeen marked the end of a highly successful year at the 2019 Annual Conference and Awards, celebrating the achievements of the network’s highest performing franchisees.
In recognition of this record achieving work Northwood Aberdeen has been shortlisted for residential letting team of the year in the Scottish home awards 2020 to be held in June at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Cambridge Street, Glasgow.
Laura and Steven Mearns opened Northwood Aberdeen in January 2009. Laura took over the day-to-day operations of the business in 2013, working very closely with operations director Matt Pullinger who joined the business in 2009 and became a director in 2013.
She said: “We are overwhelmed, and absolutely delighted that Northwood Aberdeen has been shortlisted for this award. It has been a tough few years in Aberdeen and none of this would have been possible without the commitment of our team, who are absolutely amazing."
Northwood Aberdeen is best known for its unique guaranteed rent service and has recently launched a full estate agency service for the North-east of Scotland based on the teams' years of experience in the Aberdeen property market.
