Samantha has been with Blue Arrow for just over two years and is a hospitality specialist consultant at Blue Arrow Aberdeen, dealing with temporary and permanent vacancies.
Samantha sat the entry level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice QCF (CertRP) which is a regulated qualification which increases personal effectiveness and expands knowledge base. These new skills will add value to the service provided to clients and candidates. The course, comprised of six core units, was delivered internally and the qualification awarded by the REC following an exam.
As a CertRP member Samantha must:
