The North East of Scotlands’ largest letting and property management company, Stonehouse Lettings has recently moved into larger premises at Carden Place in Aberdeen.
The move was a result of the company’s growing team in Aberdeen’s City Centre.
In April 2015, Stonehouse Lettings acquired the Lettings side of Bruce and Partners.
As a result of the acquisition, the firm’s 300 properties were added to Stonehouse Lettings’ portfolio of 1,800. This has resulted in substantial growth for the company throughout the North East.
The Stonehouse Lettings teams from 5 Carden Terrace and 60 & 70 Rosemount Place are now based at Osborne House, 27-30 Carden Place in Aberdeen’s sought after West End. The company’s branches in Ellon, Kemnay and St. Andrews are unaffected by the move and are open as normal.
